Processing 
Most orders are shipped next business day. Due to the handmade nature of our dip powders, please allow up to 2-3 business days to process your order.

Shipping
All items are calculated by weight. All calculated shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.

Domestic Orders- All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

Orders under 16oz may be shipped First Class, uninsured or USPS Priority Mail.

Orders over 16oz will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.

International orders- Luxie Nail ships to most countries. Luxie Nail is not responsible for any duty, import, taxes, customs, etc fee's you may incur.

All international orders are shipped insured via USPS Priority Mail.

Returns
To ensure the sanitation and safety for all our customers, we do not accept returns for any product at this time.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments

*Luxie Nail is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products if you choose to opt out of Route Package Protection. Route Package Protection is a shipping insurance company that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Route ensures that customers get what they paid for, and allows for easy reordering with one simple click. Review the policies here to understand which lost, stolen, and damaged items Route will cover. 

If you have opt'd out of Route, Please contact your local post office within 24 hours of said delivery to initiate a postal recovery. If your package is lost in transit for more than 7 days, please submit a Service Request with USPS. *Luxie Nail is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products if you choose to opt out of Route Package Protection.

Missing or Wrong Product
Luxie Nail doesn't like to make mistakes but we are human and mistakes will happen. If you are missing items or received an item in error. Please email luxienail@gmail.com and we will try to correct the issue promptly.

Incorrect Mailing Address
Luxie Nail cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered mailing addresses. Please make sure to verify your mailing address before submitting your order. Orders returned as non deliverable will be refunded upon return minus any shipping charges.
