A. As a Brand Ambassador, I understand and agree to the following:
By acceptance I am agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below:
- I am 18 years of age or older.
- I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.
- I will promote and market Luxie Nail™ products to customers.
- I will receive, test, swatch, model and write about Luxie Nail™ products on social networks (blogs, posts, pictures, videos, etc.).
- I will share brand messages on social networks
- I will receive new products and model them for promotions we create or to be used as product images.
- I will share content using our brand hashtags: #LuxieNail, #luxie_nail
- I will receive product for my images and videos used for email marketing or website content. When given the product, Luxie Nail™ will own the rights to use the image for marketing or website content.
- I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation for use of images or videos used on the company’s social media networks.
- I will receive a 20% discount on any Luxie Nail™ products when placing an order using my exclusive Brand Ambassador Promotion code. (If orders are submitted without using my Brand Ambassador Promotion code, these orders will not be credited to my account. No cash compensation will be provided.)
- I will not sell company product on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments.
- I will protect the company’s trademark by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.
- I will promote Luxie Nail™ products on social media accounts by posting appropriate photos of marketing events showcasing the products. I will contact the company if a clear understanding of “appropriate” photos is needed. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media network.
- I will post as often as I would like on my social media accounts and tag #LuxieNail and #luxie_nail in each post that relates to Luxie Nail™ . I understand that I have permission to repost an existing post by Luxie Nail™ .
- I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Brand Ambassador Program and forfeit any future product and all promotional codes effective immediately.
- If I choose to leave the Brand Ambassador program, I must use any unused points balance within 14 days of leaving the program. Any photos sent to Luxie Nail™ will remain in their database to use on their social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
- If the company terminates the Brand Ambassador program, I have two months to redeem my point’s credits and use the exclusive promotional code.
- I must be an active Brand Ambassador to remain in the program. (*active pertains to posting content at least 2 to 3 times a week, including at least one hashtag @ mention.)
- I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
- I agree to the company’s privacy policy and I have read and agree to these terms.
- Company will occasionally provide free product to the Brand Ambassador to promote on social networks.
- Company may provide additional reward points / product awards / free product to top performing Brand Ambassadors at its’ discretion.
- If the company terminates the program, the company must provide 30 days written notice to all Brand Ambassadors prior to the termination date.
- The Company will retain the rights to use any photos they send us or tag us in, even if the Brand Ambassador exits the program.
- The Company agrees to adhere to the Company’s privacy policy these terms and conditions.
C. General:
1. This agreement is subject to acceptance by the company and is conditioned by the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon written notice.
3. Luxie Nail™ may discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time.
