Cleo is a dried floral blend in a milky white base with a smidge of diamond sparkle.

Swatch made with 2 dips.

Tip: This will not work with traditional dip or pour over method. For best results, tap flowers to surface of jar or dip tray and lay nail flat onto the dip surface, pat down flowers with fingertip.
